When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of validation.
Delivery times:
- Express Delivery between 3 and 5 days. Fixed rate of €2.99.
- Standard Delivery between 5 and 9 days.
Delays may occur in case of customs control or logistical problems beyond our control.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, but only on the same day as your order, before 11:00 PM (Pacific time).

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the billing address?
Yes, that is absolutely possible.

How is my order shipped?
Orders are processed on business days only, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday.
We work with major international carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS, who collaborate with local delivery services for direct home delivery.
